However, if you require assistance with a return, refund, or exchange, we are committed to making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
• Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and any accompanying documentation
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non Returnable Pieces
For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Bespoke or personalized jewelry
- Earrings

Once your request has been approved, we will provide personalised return instructions.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt.
If your return is approved:
• Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer exchanges where an item arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
We will prioritise a swift and satisfactory resolution, including a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will review the matter promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
UK Customers
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United Kingdom only.
